Q+Law – A specialist LGBTIQA+ peer-led legal service in Victoria.

Southside Justice – A free legal service for anyone living in the cities of Port Phillip, Stonnington and Bayside.
Victoria Legal Aid – This is a general service that can help to provide legal support and advice for people living in Victoria.

Legal Clinics

ASRC – Gender Clinic – A legal clinic for people who have gender-based claims for asylum, including TGD people. They offer specialised immigration advice and legal assistance.

Other Legal Support

Beyond Bricks & Bars – Direct support for TGD people who are incarcerated in Victoria.
ReLink and ReConnect – Pre and post release prison support for women, non-binary and gender diverse folk.

Change or Suppression (Conversion) Practices– Legal information for LGBTQA Victorians regarding conversion practices produced by the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission.
IBAC – The Independent Broad-Based Anti-Corruption Commission, who work to prevent and expose public sector corruption and police misconduct in Victoria.
LGBTIQ+ Liaison Officers – If you need to interact with the Victorian Police, you may wish to speak with an LLO. To get in contact with an LLO speak to your local police station.
Victorian Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission – Provide information on legal protections for LGBTIQ people in Victoria. If your human rights have been breached and you have been discriminated against, you can file a complaint with them.
